Suffering From Pain & Moving Sensation In Ears

I have had a sensation of something in my middle ear moving, for almost a year now. In the last 2 weeks , I have developed pain that is worse when I push on my ear or lay on that side. I have a mild constant earache, which gets worse at night. Any ideas?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read your history related to the pain in the ear not allowing even to sleep on that side, feeling of something in the middle ear for almost a year but developing pain in the last 2 weeks only.
The commonest causes are:
There is a possibility of impacted was that is now compressing on the skin causing the pain.
- Development of fungus in the ear.
Granuloma development secondary to infection

I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon for a proper diagnosis and give you the most proper treatment.
Further investigations only if asked for by the ENT.

On cleaning the interior can be seen.
