The most common cause of intermittent
headaches in a 29 year old lady is
migraine. So, it may be a good idea to start preventive migraine therapy with medications such as
topiramate,
divalproex, or beta blockers. These would reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.
However, if your headaches persist, you can get a brain scan done to exclude other causes.
Tumor is extremely unlikely with your symptoms.
