Suffering From Neck Pain And Shoulder Pain. Took Esgapyrin And Combilflam Tablets. What Is The Cure?
Hi sir, before 20 days I fall down in toilet , now My neck and shoulder is paining , I not went to any hospital, I am working women , and i also do my house work, I taken tablet Esgapyrin , combilflam , tab. MR., also I daily put pain balm on my neck and shoulder.
but still there is some paining is there. should I go to hospital is it become major disease , is this problem occurs in my oldage now may age is 35 yrs.

taking medicines can only treat not cure
if you fell there can be muscle strain tear hematoma
or hair line fracture
to prevent complication in future get ortho doctor consultation to get cure of cause which is causing pain in my suggestions
