Suffering From Lung Disease, Difficulty In Breathing. Using Nebulizer And Inhaler. Treatment?
I would like to inquire about a lung condition that may be genetic. My cousin has this and uses a nibulizer 2 or 3 times a day as well as a prescription in haler. I don't remember the name. He says some members of a family may be a carrier of this diseas. He has trouble breathing when going up steps and has to stop for a short rest. Can you give me some information on this?
Hello ! As per your enquiries Bronchial Asthma runs in families. I can suggest him to take 2 puffs from the Prescribed Inhaler prior to going up stairs and let me know the out come. Other thing which he can practice is everyday in the morning and evening Let him practice pranayama or like let him exhale fully and take in deep breath and try to hold it for as long as he can and exhale. This if he/she practices regularly will go a long way in building up his lungs capacity and as well as minimizing the usage of drugs/ inhalers.
