Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

In view of the long duration, you must get yourself investigated.
Upper and Lower GI endoscopy is a must.
Routine blood tests and stool analysis are also necessary.
Gastritis / Irritable Bowel Syndrome / Food Allergy - Gluten sensitivity / Coeliac disease - have to be considered...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
