Suffering from food poisoning.

Okay so I think I might have food poisoning. I drank heavily last night, not going to lie. Was hungover but my stomach was okay at this point. Then I went to get a takeaway this afternoon and for about ten hours (two hours after I got the takeaway) I have just been almost unbearably sick. I have cramps, diahrrea, headaches and it really does not help when I eat anything (I've tried toast to settle my stomach and warm water) and only makes the situation worse. I'm feeling quite thirsty as of an hour or so but everything I drink is lost within about ten minutes XD Alcohol or takeaway? More importantly how do I get it to stop :(

Sir, looks like acute gastroenteritis, now first thing u need to do is hydrate yourself drink lots and lots of water minimum of three lts per day and with each ltr add one satchet of ors powder, an finish the water, next start on an antibiotic course start vit ciplox 500 mg, three times a day an tab metrogyl three times a day, or you can use tab ciplox tz- three times a day, if you r havin lots of loose stools then take one loperamide 1 and if you have more than 7loose stools after tat take one more, dont worry you will be fine but keep ur self very well hydrated, thats drink lots of water, all the best.

This is mainly due to food infection, I wont call it as poisoning. A course of antibiotics will help you.
