Suffering From Fatigue, Lower Abdominal Discomfort, Headache. Normal CAT Scan, Colonoscopy. Family History Of Autoimmune Diseases. Suggestions?

I am currently suffering from fatigue, lower abdominal discomfort, and headaches. All three symptoms occur at the same time and fluctuate day to day. When it flares up, the degree of all three symptoms increase together. I was diagnosed with Celiacs disease in February and have eliminated all gluten from in my diet. I recently had a colonoscopy that confirmed everything was normal. Due to the persistance of my symptoms I also had a CAT scan done of my abdomen. Results also came back normal, minus a few kidney stones. This lack of energy is greatly affecting my life. I am a 57 year old male with diabetes, sleep apnea, and high blood pressure. All are managed. My family has a strong history of autoimmune diseases.

Hi
Actually you did not which kind of autoimmune disease your family has, any way this autoimmune disease is nothing to take with actual pathological condition of yours ( If it is really there) you stop worrying about this. Anxiety depression causes the unexplained abdominal discomfort in any quadrant and further pull the patient towards another mental condition, manege your diabetes and Blood pressure avoid taking high calorie diet if you smoke stop it if you drink alcohol stop it too try to maintain good sleep do not take any sleeping pills instead try meditation. Have a Good day
