Hello,
Regaine contains minoxidil which is used for treatment of hair loss.

As you have told in the history that you are having eye brow thinning because of hypothyroidism. Regaine can be used to treat the condition. However you need to get treatment for underlying hypothyroidism to prevent recurrence.

Do consult your eye doctor for further advice and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
