Hi,

It is possible you are suffering from seasonal affective disorder, in which mood symptoms are associated with weather change. In this low mood often worsens in cold or rainy weather. Addition of mood stabilisers like lithium helps, if antidepressants alone do not work. Exposure to bright light also helps. Please see a psychiatrist so that you can be evaluated in detail and changes in medication advised, if needed.

Best wishes.
