Hi welcome to HealthcareMagic

The above symptoms are suggestive of chronic Gastritis... you need to take food at , regular time daily, solid foods must not the liquid foods, avoid spicy , oily foods, avoid much of drink coffee & tea... good sleep at least 6 hrs, by following above habits for one month, there will be regular diet... Not to eat while dancing, if incase you aspirate food, it will lead to spasm of larynx and complication... hope i have answered your question...

Take care...

Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
Since you have already consulted a gastronterologist and got an endoscopy done(which is normal), your symptoms are unlikely to be because of any problem in your digestive system. That is probably the reason the medicines advised to you have not worked. It is not uncommon for anxiety to present with such atypical symptoms like long standing digestive problems. therefore, it is advisable to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and try medicines for stress related conditions like anxiety or depression. In case you are still wondering how stress can affect your stomach, then recall the examination days when one feels strange abdominal discomfort (even loose motion and vomiting can occur) because of tension.
