Can Low BP Cause Dizziness?

In the past I experienced HIGH bp, due to stress. My doctor tried various scripts. I have been on lisenopril for about two months. I just took my bp with the monitor I have at home and it read 107/55. I have been experiencing dizziness all morning. Is this pressure too low? I am 75 yrs old.

Yes dizziness can occur in low BP like yours. My advice is as your BP was due to stress please try to calm yourself with meditation and yoga this will decrease dependence on BP lowering drugs. Please make sure your sleep should be adequate as insomnia is one of the important cause of BP.
