Suffering From Chest Pain, Could This Be A Hereditary ?

Hi, I am 39 years old, female and a smoker. I have recently been having chest pain on the right side when I lay on my back or left side. Also while walking around the pain is sharp when I breathe in. I took ibruprofen and it has let up a little. I have severe allergies and a lot of mucus, post nasal drip, congestion etc... I also fell back in March and landed on the edge of a concrete stair across my back. No bruising and the xrays reveiled nothing broken. No bruising, Very painful though and couldnt touch without pain. Im not sure if thats even relevant to the chest pain I am having now? I have a family history of Heart disease , as my father has a massive heart attack and died at age 47. My older brother has a rare heart condition that I cant even pronounce . I was checked with an EKG , etc.. Nothing showed.
