Suffering From Chest Pain And Gas Pain. Tests Showed Hypothyroidism. What Does The Finding Mean?

i feel like my stomach is overlapping my last to ribs on my left side. there isnt much pain, in the area where it seems to be bloated, however i have been suffering from a lot of chest pain and gas pain in my chest along with occasional pain on my right side under the ribs the pain comes and goes off and on. I also have pain in my underarm and shoulder. I went to the ER for my chest and arm pain and they put a slipped rib back in place a few months back told me i have hypo thyroidism. Could I have these symptoms because of my thyroid or could my ribs have slipped again.

Hypothyroidism does not produce this kind of stomach pain and chest pain.
You must visit the ER again.
Probably your ribs have slipped again.
