Suffering From Anxiety And Panic Attacks

Hi I have mild mitral valve stenos (i was born with it) and I never took any medications for it. I also do regular check ups with my cardiologists and my condition has remain the same & stable my entire life. I am currently 23 years old and female. I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, especially when I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest. I going on a plane next weekend, and I cannot help but to worry about the take off... I am worried that the speed is too fast and there will be too mcuh pressure. Im worried that I will have a blood clot or a heart attack from being so scared. I ve been on planes before, but I was fairly young (5 years old). What do you think? Is i tsafe for me to take a plane? Are there any anxiety medicatons I can take to prevent the anxiety attack? Thank you, Tiffany YYYY@YYYY
