Good evening You need to see counselor and social worker and psychiatrist. Most likely you need more palliative care and more psychological support. I would encourage you to go for routine tests like complete blood count and liver and renal function tests periodically. I would also advice you to avoid strenuous physical activity so that you reduce chances of getting pathological fractures.
