Brief Answer:
Pain toes/fingers differential diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Vxxxxxxxn, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Such kind of pain which is of long duration and subsides after stretching, may be due to

- Chronic fatigue syndrome

- Fibromyalgia

- Musculoskeletal disorder like spasm/sprain

- chronic inactivity

- restless leg syndrome

All these conditions are of long duration. There is no definitive test to diagnose. Clinicians usually make diagnosis after ruling out other organic illnesses. As you are having this pain at this young age, you should consult a doctor for

- Clinical examination to rule out myopathy, neuropathy and bone disease.

- Few investigations like nerve conduction velocity, electromyography, MRI lumbosacral spine, CPK-MM level. These investigations will be decided based on your clinical suspicion.

After ruling out, you can follow few tips to get relief

- Do regular stretching exercise

- Massage of lower limbs at least once a day

- Eat healthy diet which includes all vitamin and minerals, well hydration and good amount of protein (1g/kg).

- You can take painkiller like Pregabaline or Gabapentine after prescription.

- Hot fomentation and avoiding cool air will help you in getting relief.

Hope it will help. You can send me your reports. I will help you further.
Thanks. Take care.
