ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to HCM,

You seem to have a chronic laryngeal problem, we need to go by the following things to give you a permanent cure/ solution:

1. Repeat your laryngoscopic examination just to be sure every six months
2. Get a speach therapist to perform a speach and language evaluation so that we can get a clearer picture of your vocal problem
3. Avoid oily, spicy and high flavoured food/ drink
4. Avoid cigarette/ caffeine and alcohol
5. Consult an ENT who can recommend an anti reflux treatment for you
6. Impress upon your speach therapist to guide you on how to use your voice properly without straining

get well soon and stop worrying about getting cancer
