Hello and welcome to HCM
Being a jr. to a cardiologist I would like to answer your query. firstly i would like to know if byepass surgery(CABG) is needed than why you don't go for that instead of stents. CABG is indicated in more than 3 blocks in different arteries. If such type of blocks are present than you should go for CABG, it is cheaper than Stent and more effective, although it take some time to recover and complication is more. But we have no more options in Triple Vessel disease.
Now about the diet, if you are not diabetic than you can take every thing except salt and fatty food like fatty milk and its products, deep fried food, junk, oily and spicy food. Make sure that you don't take more caloories than you have needed per day(take it according to your height and age). Also regular exercise for about one hour is mandatory.
For rest or the procedure you needed, we cant say any thing without seeing angiogram after stenting. So consult your doctor for this.
Best Wishes
