When the day to day worry about normal issues in life start interfering with your health and daily life, the severe anxiety and stress may cause physical symptoms which do not have a organic/physical basis.Tests to rule out other causes of heavy head and drowsiness like a ENT examination,Tilt Table testing, a Obstructive Sleep Apnoea testing should be carried to eliminate any physical cause of the problem.Stress and anxiety may cause similar symptoms.Preventive therapy for migraine may be used if migraine is considered.Therapy for anxiety will need counselling and psychotherapy from a Psychiatrist or a counsellor. This should be considered if no physical/neurological basis of the symptoms is found.
