Suffer From Diverticulitis And Allergies. Pain In The Back And Hips. Are These Related?

I have just had a two-week diverticulitis attack. Been to ER and taking cipro, flagyl, and pain meds. This has been the longest an attack has lasted. Last year around the same time, I had an attack--not as bad as this one. It seems that allergies also pop up at the same time as one of these attacks. Then the back/hips/thighs start hurting terribly. It all seems to be related but I don't know how. Also, I have been noticing a yellow residue after a BM. It does not smell badly but is sticky. Is there an explanation for all of this?

Hi!. Thanks for your query. I think you are suffering from Worm infestation. This may be the cause for your allergy. The yellowish residue maay be due to mucus. You see your GP for prescription of deworming. Take care.
