I'm not comfortable with the thought of an operation and was wondering if there is medication available too help my problem as I'm only taking chrohns medication . The discharge is rather smelly and really getting me down thanks dave
Hi , you have chronsdisease, using azithioprine, humira, you also have fistula, in the stomach, under the bellybutton, as a result of an operation 9 years ago. First of all you should consider for the cure of the fistula. an MRI, to be taken to know the extent of the fistula, culture and sensitivity of the discharge to be done to know the organism and treated . If no response surgery may be considered. For chrons avoid glutin free foods, meas avoid wheet, and barley. Thank you.
