Hi! After carefully reviewing your problem, I want to be clear that RBBB as such is not a life threatening condition, unless associated with other ECG abnormalities or co-morbid heart or lung diseases. It is often an accidental detection & may be a congenital abnormality.
What is required is to obtain a repeat ECG & if the symptoms are persistent, it would be better to have consultation with an eminent cardiologist & further investigated. Till then you may remain under the cardiologist's observation.
Your symptoms might be due to some medications like vasodilators or ocp's or due to angina
& are not likely to be related to the RBBB.
Take care of yourselves.
