Strain in jaw after lifting heavy weights, pain in jaw joint and ear, can't lift small weight

In gym i strained my jaw by lifting heavy weights ,it caused side effect , now i count even lift small weight ! If i do it, strain is generated at my right jaw muscles first ,slowly right jaw joint&right ear . If continue to do weight finally i will get pain. Even if i think of it ,i will be strained and pains finally .

Hi welcome to HCMForum. it could be sprain of the facial muscle or crush injury of temporo mandibulary joint. either of them can cause
exacerbation by feel thinking. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon. for diagnosis
