Stopped Smoking, Blood In Mucus, Blood In Stools. Reason?

hello sir, I stopped smoking since last 15 days, and found some improvements in my body (healthy).but since last two days I found blood in cold and today blood in motion . What could be the reason? Please guide me.

Dear patient,
as there is blood in motion and your sputum it is possible that the reason for the blood is a problem with your gastrointestinal system. It would be a good idea to get a endoscopy done. You could also a Chest x-ray to get rule out any lung pathology. best of luck.
