Stopped Heavy Smoking Due To Pain, Swollen Neck Glands While Waking Up, Body Ache. Is It Tonsils Or Cancer ?
I am not a regularly smoker but on Friday I smoked quite heavily, to the point where i stopped because it was painful. The next day I woke up with swollen neck glands and by Sunday my body ached, I was feverish and I had a lot of difficulty swallowing. The pain is now significangtly less and the glands are no longer as big, although they are still swollen. Could this be a sign of cancer or is it probably just tonsillitis? Can heavy smoking cause an onset of tonsillitis?
