Hi thanks for your question.
Stool analysis of your six months old baby is normal except that she is having infection of gastro intestinal tract. She needs a course of antibiotic therapy for one week. The best way to choose antibiotic is to go for culrure sensitivity.Imperically she can be put on antibiotic which covers gram negative bacteria as intestinal infections are usually caused by gram negative bacteria.Consultation with a physician is advisable for prescription of antibiotics.
Hope this answers your question.
