Stomach Pain, Starts From Stomach Feels Up To Throat. Urge For Frequent Bowel Movements. Remedy?

I'M 45 YEARS OLD.FEMALE FOR ABOUT THE LAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN SICK ON MY STOMACH AND NOW MY STOMACH IS HURTING REAL BAD........IT STARTS IN MY LOWER TUMMY AND FEELS LIKE IT UP IN MY THOART...IT HURTS SO BAD NOW TIL I CAN HARDLY STAND UP AT WORK...ITS NOT PERIOD CRAMPS OR
CONSTIPATION...WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS...FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER FELT THIS WAY...IT KINDA FEELS LIKE I NEED TO GO TO BATHROOM SO I USED A ENEMA TO CLEAN MYSELF OUT BUT ITS STILL HURTING RIGHT NOW AND I FEEL A LITTLE NAUSEA. PLEASE HELP ME

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
This pain in stomach may be due to ,
Hyper acidity ( gastritis),
Tension ( work related stress).
As you are also complaining that there is nausea.
Acute gastritis is the main cause.
So take antacid syrup ( with oxetacaine) with ranitidine like tablets after consultation with your doctor.
