Stomach Pain, Pain In Penis, Brown Urine, Burning Sensation In Urinary Passage. Treatment?

Last week I was suffering stomach ache and pain in penis due to body heat. That day morning urine was brownish. I thought it is because of the vitamin tablet I take to control hair fall. Immediately drank tender coconut and water to get rid of heat. After urination I felt better. After this incident I feel burning sensation in urinary passage of my penis. Kindly advice on the treatment.

Nephrologist 's  Response
Hello

All your symptoms goes in favour of a urinary tract infection. I strongly advice you to take a urine routine test, an ultra sound of kidney, ureter and bladder and approach a nephrologist soon. Urinary tract infection is treated with anti biotics like levofloxacin for a period of 7 days. Drink as much as 6 to 8 glasses of water per day, you should get better soon

I hope I was of help

Regards
