Stomach Pain, Nausea After Steroid Shot. CT And Labwork Normal. Have Headache, Fatigue. Have Type 2 Diabetes

I was seen in er last nite for severe stomach pain, and nausea that has been ongoing for 3 days now. I had a steroid shot in my hip, and began having these problems after the injection. the dr suspects I have an ulcer, they ran a ct with contrast, which came back "normal" for any other serious issues. the dr suggest that I have a endoscopy to evaluate further and confirm. all of my labs came back normal, but I STILL FEEL extremely fatigued, and am experiencing headaches ( in addition to pvc's.) I also am type II diabetic.

Hi, with the steroid injection in some people one may get gastric hyper acidity, increase in B.P, or sugar in hypertensives, and diabetics, with the referred pain in the stomach, hypertension may cause the head ache as well.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.Thank you.
