Stomach Making Noises, Smelly Stool, Pushing Feeling Inside Stomach. What Could Be This?

hi my stomach lower left is making this strange feeling like if its bursting into bubbles and its not sore but its just getting to me my stool is sometime smelly then hard again please help I have been tested for ibm and fine there its not sore and you cant hear it but I feel like someones inside me and pushing there fingers threw many thanks

Hi, your lower left stomach making noises, stools is some times hard and some times loose, smelly.
It appears to be the amoebic colitis, infection due to entamoeba hystolitica.
I prescribe to my patients with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, and ranitidine . Thank you.
