Stomach Gas, Intestinal, Lower Back Pain, Low Grade Fever, Weakness, Dizziness, Muscle Ache. Aspirin, Antacids Taken. Advise?
From the last 2 days, I can not eat much. When I eat, my stomach produces a lot of gas. My stool is not soft, but yesterday I had intestinal pain and lower back pain. From yesterday I have a low grade fever (37.8 at the highest point). So I also feel weak, dizzy and my muscles ache. I am taking aspirin for fever and Ant acids for gas

Symptoms are,
dizziness ,
stomach pain with gas,
lower abdominal pain .
back pain,
soft stool,
fatigue,
muscles pain,
low grade fever.
May be due to intestinal infection,
due to diarrhea,
acute gastritis is one of main reason.
Self medication is dangerous , so avoid.
Consult a physician and get in his opinion.
