Stomach fullness, loss of appetite, tiredness, bloating, strange taste in mouth. Cure?

hi, i have a problem with my stomach other entrails i dont know. This is really uncomfortable for me. I have no appetite , i always feel like a stone , i dont want to eat , my stomach is full and when i eat something it is fuller . I can eat nothing every day and I still dont want to eat something. Sometimes i am so tired and out of energy, in my mouth i have a strange taste , especially in the morning. I have bloating and bubbling too. Please help me!

There could be two possibilities for your loss of appetite, bloated sensation and other symptoms. One is a local problem in your digestive system, like stomach ulcers, gall bladder stones, etc. The other possibility is that loss of appetite, tiredness, lack of energy, etc. could be part of a generalized problem like hypothyroidism or sometimes even part of a depression.

I would advise you to have see a doctor for a proper evaluation, which should include a physical examination and if necessary, certain lab tests. Also, avoid oily, spicy or junk food and try to eat a healthy, balanced diet.
