Stomach Cramps, Nausea, Diarrhea, Tired, Chills. OTC Medicine?

Two hours ago I started having stomach cramps and feel nausea . after that I start going to the bathroom with a terrible diarrea, In the las three hours I used the bathroon five times, I start feeling very tiread and have chills. The nausea is getting worse, I did start drinking ginger ale and gatorade but at this point I would like to know if I need to be seen by a Doctor. Unfortunately I do not have insurance coverage and receiving unemployment benefits, Can you guide me to find out if I can buy a medication over the counter which can help me to alliviate my health problem?

Hi,
It seems that you are having acute gastro-enteritis.
As loose motions are plenty, go to ER and take treatment as there is a chance of having dehydration.
Meanwhile you can take antispasmodic like Dicyclomine for pain.
Take Ofloxaciline, tinidazole combination tablet.
Take tablet like Domperidone for vomiting.
Take plenty of water and electrolytes.
Ok and take care.
