Stomach Cramps In Lower Abdomen, Loss Of Appetite And White Stools. Cause For This Symptoms?

I have had stomach cramps in my upper abdomen for 5 days. It almost feels like gas pressure, but no gas is present. I ve also had a decreased appetite . When I do eat, I get horrible acid reflux . That last 2 days, my stool has been white. I have not been taking more than 2-4 tums a day so I don t think that is the cause. I did some googling and do not like the answers I have seen. I m trying to get in to see my dr. What sort of tests should they be conducting? How abnormal are these symptoms really?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The white stool may be because of malabsorption of fat.
You should consult a gastroenterologist and get your stool test,
A blood test and ultrasonography done.
Good luck.
Take care.
