Stomach Cramps, Bloating, Headache, Heavy, Delayed Periods. History Of Fibroids And Shot Treatment. Suggest

Hi, I'm a female, last month I miss a period while taking birth control. I took three pregnancy tests, both were negative. Doing the past three weeks I have been experiencing stomach cramps, headaches, and chest aches. One point I felt faint, so I begin taking iron pills. Finally my period came last week, it was heavy. Last year I was tested for fibroids and it came back positive and I went through shot treatments for 6 months. as of right now I'm still dealing with the stomach cramps, feeling bloated, and on and off headaches. I don't know what to do. When I do certain movement I feel the cramps, using the bathroom I feel the cramps. If I take a Advil it goes for about an hour, then comes back.
