Stomach Bloating, Difficulty Breathing, Sweating, Unable To Release Gas. On Pantosec-D. Treatment?
I had some problem last night, as my stomach was like filled with air and like something blocking and I was unable to breathe normally, my stomach was very stiff at that time and I was sweating as well. There was not much pain and it was not moving either, but I was unable to release the air / pressure and it was for about 30 mins. This happened twice in 15 days and my doctor advised me to take Pantosec-D, please advise
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Are you suffering from any associated disease such as diabetes and thyroid disorders?
Have you gone through blood sugar and thyroid profile?
Heaviness of stomach is more common in these two hormonal disorders.
You should consult with physician and gastroenterologist and should go for above advised investigations.
You should also go for endoscopy for detail analysis.
You should also follow dietary restriction such avoid fatty diet.
You should keep difference of 3 hours between sleep and meal.
You should avoid tight clothes.
You should take proton pump inhibitors with prokinetic agent for better relief.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
