Stitch Like Sensation In Chest, Discomfort. Is It A Muscle Issue?
Hi, I am a 32/33 year old male, I have a stitch like feeling on my left side of my chest, wear my top rib ends and my man boob starts.
It has been with me now for 4 days, it is a discomfot but not really painfull.
I do need to take a deep breath every now and then.
Also I go to the gym most nights and use free weights so not sure if it could just be a muscle issue.
please could you advise?

It's likely a muscle issue vs a rib issue. In either case the treatment would be rest for about a week. Warm compresses to the affected area and the use of antiinflammatory medications like advil or alleve as needed.
