Stiffness, Pain In Neck, Between Shoulder Blades. Tightness, Tingling In Upper Arms. Tightness In Chest. What Could It Be?
I've had a stiff neck for several weeks, which has been very painful and not getting any better. Also got pain between shoulder blades and feels warm/ tingly across upper back. In addition, upper arms feel tight and tingly feeling. I have felt very lethargic and aching muscles/joints too. Sometimes across chest feels tight too.
