Stiffness In Muscles, Acute Pain. Had Brain Scanned, Tear Near Ear And Neck Bone. What Is Going On?

Hi Sir, my muscle are getting stiffed and not allowing me write more than 5 lines. I get accute pain and loose the interest in wring. Since I am not not able to write, I had to stop my studies. I did the brain scan and also MRI of neck. Every thing looks normal except C4,5& bones are slightly not in perfect shape. There a bit a ear and tear in C6 neck bone. I am under tretment. I am advvised to do some neck exercise and pranayam to reduce pain and anxiety.

Hi,
From your history it seems that you might have some problem in your cervical vertebrae.
As you are talking of study, it seems you are a student and young so at this age there can not be any artheritis problem but might be having some congenital defect or might have extra cervical rib.
Consult spine specialist and take his advice for treatment and physiotherapy.
