Staying In Hospital From Birth. Report Says Undiagnosed Neurogenerative Disorder. Giving Morhphin. Suggest?
Hi, my doughter is in hospital from birth and until now it on her report says: undaignosed neurogenerative disorder They start giving her morhphin in small doses but she keep fightening with life and when I am coming to see her she doesnt look seek and dying as doctors says. I need despearte help and advice Thank you

Neurodegenerative diseases are diseases of the brain where there is degeneration of brain and nerve tissue.This disease is usually slow and progressive.It has very poor prognosis.
On some degerative diseases are controllable to some extent.

Without a diagnosis of a neuro degenerative disorder it is very difficult to give advise.
But what is her present age?
Usually, the prognosis is poor in degenerative disorders and the child will end in vegetative state.
If you send your daughter complete clinical data along with reports and medication , I will try to advise you in a better way.
And you can discuss with the treating doctors regarding your concerns if possible with a Pediatric neurologist.
