Stabbing Pain Near Heart, Shortness Of Breath. Is This The Cause For Concern?

hi i am 17 an i am having stabbing pains in my heart re gen and then on top of the heart stabbing pain it hurts when i laugh in my neck and i get shortness of breath when going to bed and even just sitting there and i am in shape i am the right weight for my age and height but i dont know what it could be should i worry about it

Heaviness and pain in chest- first thing that should be done is to rule out heart problems like angina
There are other possibilities too like Heartburn .it can be a possibility if there is history of acid reflux and antacids may offer relief in such case.
I would advise you when you consult your physician get a basic evaluation done like ECG, Blood pressure,blood tests like blood sugar, blood counts, lipid profile.AND Ultrasound abdomen.

These tests will HELP in diagnosis and clear your doubts.
