Stabbing Pain In The Temple And Ear, Headaches. Need To Get Checked?

I have had a slight stabbing pain in my left temple. I have had it all day. Then just recently, I started to get a little piercing feeling in my left ear drum. By just rubbing both temples, I can clearly feel that the left one is bigger. I always get severe headaches when I hear loud noises like loud music or my dog bark. Does this have anything to do with it? Should I go see my doctor?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Yes you must consult an ENT specialist .
is there any dizziness or decreased hearing ?
You also need to get done--
ear examination
Pure tone Audiometry (hearing tests)

You should not rub your temple region and if it is electric pain like feeling then discuss with your doctor you may need pain killer and multivitamins it could be Temporal artritis .
In which there is inflammation in blood vessel which causes severe pain.
