Stabbing Pain In Stomach Along With Back Pain While Taking Deep Breath. Taking Nexium And Xyzal
Pain at the top of my stomach - just feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife. Shen I take a deep breath the right side of my back also hurts. When I stretch my arms that same right side of my back hurts. When I press the top of my stomach it also hurts. I'm on Nexium and Xyzal.

Hi...it can be acute pancreatitis... better get serum lipase done and if elevated get a scan or preferably a ct scan of abdomen and show to a physician...
