Squeezing Sensation In Left Chest After Walk, Recurring Sneezing. Have Cardiac Syncope. Any Ideas?

I went for a 15 mile walk on Saturday and experienced a recurring squeezing sensation in my left chest. I rested yesterday and today but the squeezing keeps recurring albeit less often...but I feel tired. I have cardiac syncope but am otherwise healthy...cause for concern or just aging? (I am a 53 year old white male desk worker)

I would think going for a 15 mile walk would cause symptoms in most people. It it likely related to the exertion. The fact that it is occuring at rest make me think it may be more related to a musculoskeletal issue rather than cardiac.
