So then I started having a light flow back n forth today some light and some little but only on the tampon not when I wipe. I always have heavy periods no matter what. Hello
Thanks for your query.
You should take a pregnancy test to rule out complications like a missed pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy.
A blood pregnancy test and an ultrasound are more reliable than urine pregnancy test.
Other causes of abnormal spotting could be - anxiety, stress, ingestion of concurrent medications, endometrial hyperplasia, polycystic ovaries, hypothyroidism, cervical lesions, etc.
Take care.
