Spots On Legs Filled With Pus, Itchy. Any Insight?

Hi im here to ask about my boyfriend he has got spots all over his legs that are sometimes filled with pus and are extreamly itchy they started on his arms but have now left that area he also has the odd few on his penis now we have checked the house for bed bugs and found none and they do not follow a straight line so doubt its scabies any insight would be appreciated greatly thankyou

Thanks for writing here.

Itchy spots on legs,arms and penis probably point towards scabeis.Formation of pus indicates secondary infection.Give him oral antibiotics like cefadroxil along with permithrin cream.It will be better to consult a dermatologist.
