Spinning Feeling In Head, Smelly Urine, Not Able To Open Eyes Due To Spinning. What Could Be This?

I have a terrible giddiness kind of spinning in my head. A few minutes before the spinning and my urine was smelly before the incident. Since I cannot opened my eyes due to the spinning, my wife gave me a table spoonful of manuka honey with water. After 10 mins, the head spinning began to vanished completely.

I'm worried about my condition since I have never experience it before.

Hello,
Thank you for the query. I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. If you were my patient I will definitely check your sugar levels and complete urine examination. You did not mentioned about the the smell of the urine clearly as is it foul or sweet smell. Drink more water and visit your treating doctor to have the above mentioned tests done. Nothing to worry much but consulting a doctor is needed to examine you and diagnose the case as with the short history you gave here I listed out my opinion here. Thank you.
