Spine Twitching, Dizziness, Fatigue, Lightheaded, Anxiety, Rapid Heartbeat. History Of PVC. Have DDD

I am having twitching near the spine. Dizzy, fatigue, lightheaded, anxiety, and hard heart beat. Have a history of PVC'S. I have been to the ER and chest CT scan and X-ray were good. All blood work was normal. Have degenetative disc disease in L-4 L-5 and S-1. Twitching and slight pain comes alittle higher around the kidney area.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Twitching and back pain may be related to L4-5 and L5-S1 disc prolapse with compression of the lumbar nerves.

You may benefit from gabapentin capsules, in addition to back extension exercises.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
