Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

If a person is getting recurrent urinary infection then further investigations are required to identify the cause of the infection.

We cannot just ignore recurrent urinary infection and just be satisfied by controlling the infection.

The shop person is not qualified and does not even have the basic knowledge about the same.

We need to get a ultrasound abdomen and MCU and further investigations depending on the clinical scenario.
Request you to consult your doctor for the same.
Hope this helps.
Take care
