HI I have gone through your mail and after analysing your complaints I came to know that you are having tonsilopharyngitis (infection of tonsil and pharynx) due to this you may having dyspepsia, you are worried about white slough on your tonsil and tongue, now you are advice to go for these basic investigations like-(1) Throat swab for culture & sensitivity,(2) X-Ray chest in PA view,(3) Blood -CBC,ESR blood sugar ,SGPT. beside this you should consult your for physical examination of your throat, after co-relation of physical findings with inferences of investigations one can made diagnosis, than only treatment may be planed.Thanks.
